  • Full kitchen with all appliances, including full-size refrigerator with freezer, ice maker and filtered water, propane cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, outdoor propane BBQ grill
  • Dinnerware including large plates, small plates, two sizes of bowls, flatware, steak knives, cooking utensils, kitchen knife block set, BBQ utensils, full set of pots/pans (10 pots/pans, with lids except frying pans), serving bowls and platters, drink pitchers, pizza pan, baking sheets, baking dishes, place mats, tablecloths (Serenity Suite only)
  • Drinkware, including drinking, juice (Royal Retreat only), wine and champagne glasses, stoneware mugs, travel mugs, children’s sippy cups
  • Small appliances including coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, electric kettle, blender, toaster, griddle, hand mixer, crockpot (large size in Royal Retreat, small size in Serenity Suite), waffle maker (Serenity Suite only)

  • Spices, including salt, pepper, 8 basic spices (basil, oregano, parsley, Italian seasoning, rosemary, thyme, paprika, and cinnamon), assorted sweetener packets, starter quantity of canola oil
  • We stock backups of critical kitchen gear, such as coffee makers and many other items, so guests should contact us mid-stay if anything stops working properly, as we can typically provide a replacement

  • Drip coffee maker with all filters provided, French press, coffee bean grinder

  • We do not offer a disposable cup system
  • We stock a starter amount of coffee on each arrival that makes one pot
